A 14 year old girl was left at a bus stop after missing her last bus home at 8pm at night. the taxi firm failed to send a taxi even after 3 calls to the firm from a parent. After 1 1/2 hrs of promises from the firm to send a cab the girl had to walk to her boyfriend's house where another firm arrived in 15 mins. Disgraceful service from a taxi firm.. both the taxi firm and Glasgow city council have been made aware of this incident.
